Individual and group lessons to help women in pregnancy, birth and recovery including learning to:

● develop pelvic and abdominal awareness, strength and control
● gain more awareness and control of your breathing and how it relates to the pelvic floor for optimal function
● relieve pressure, tension and discomfort
● learn to more efficiently carry the weight of you baby, both before and after birth
● develop more choice, sensitivity and awareness in how you breath, move, sit, lie and live for more ease and comfort
