I offer a unique blend of toning and embodiment practises to improve how you move, sense, think, feel and act. The classes focus on helping women to develop both more strength and more relaxation in the pelvic floor, and create a more even balance of tone throughout their whole body. Places that hold tension are supported to let go, and places that need strengthening are supported to become more dynamic and integrated. I do this by guiding you through gentle, structured movement and attention explorations to help you feel more grounded, connected, aware and easy in your movements and sense of self. This not only improves your flexibility, alignment and coordination, but also your sense of empowerment and choice. Women feel stronger, more relaxed and empowered not by pushing themselves to the limit, but by experiencing and developing more ease in their movements and life. This holistic, movement based practice can support you in whatever your present needs are. I draw from extensive experience working internationally as a facilitator for change and empowerment through movement based learning using the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education and Pelvic Floor Integration/Pussy Yoga.
