I use Coco Berlin's Pelvic Floor Integration™/Pussy Yoga™ and Feldenkrais Method® to empower women to tone and rehabilitate their pelvic floor. Sessions can address a wide range of pelvic floor problems, and empower women to not only improve the function of their pelvic floor, but also their sense of ease and empowerment as they move through life. The sessions focus on helping women to develop both more strength and more relaxation in the pelvic floor, and to create a more dynamic and even balance of tone in both the pelvic floor and throughout their whole body. Places that hold tension are supported to let go, and places that need strengthening are supported to become more dynamic and integrated. Coco's method is deeply influenced by the Feldenkrais Method, as referenced in her book. I use my extensive experience in both method's to support all women of any age to improve their lived experience. I use a combination of gentle hands on techniques and guided exercises to help you feel more grounded, connected, aware and easy in your movements and sense of self. This not only improves your flexibility, alignment and coordination, but also your sense of empowerment and choice. Women feel stronger, more relaxed and empowered not by pushing themselves to the limit, but by experiencing and developing more ease in their movements and life. I draw from extensive experience working internationally as a facilitator for change and empowerment through movement based learning using the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education and Pelvic Floor Integration/Pussy Yoga.
